Successful communities find ways to develop a story that authentically explains the character of the area and creates a sense of direction and inspiration into the future. Unfortunately, cities outside of major metro areas too often adopt a pessimistic self-assessment that contributes to a self-fulfilling prophecy of small and narrow thinking. Our goal is to create communities defined by pride and optimism – when that happens, individuals are more likely to confidently invest in themselves, their homes, their businesses, and the overall health of the place they live.
